A Clearwater Landmark, Reimagined

Bayside One sits at 3118 Gulf to Bay Boulevard — one of Clearwater's highest-traffic corridors with over 60,000 vehicles passing daily. The three-story building has been a fixture of the Historic Bayview neighborhood since 1972.

In 2023, new ownership acquired the property and invested in an extensive renovation: a stunning marble lobby, modernized office interiors, LED lighting throughout, smart lock entry systems, a new roof, and fresh exterior updates.
